At Luminora, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality and ethically crafted jewelry. If for any reason
you are not satisfied, we’re happy to offer exchanges, store credit, or refunds.
To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned within 7 days, in their original packaging, and in brand-new,
unworn condition. Please contact our staff before returning, and include your order number in the package.

Note: Customers are responsible for the cost of safely returning items to Luminora.
Responsibility remains with the customer until our support team confirms receipt of the item.
Returns FAQ
For all refused or return-to-sender packages, customers are responsible for the full cost of return shipping fees. If you change your mind within 7 days of purchase, we’ll gladly accept your return and process a refund.
All “change of mind” returns must be returned in their original, resalable condition, without any signs of wear or damage.
You’ll need to arrange the return shipment and cover any related costs.
Returns must be sent via a trackable postal service, as we cannot process refunds for items that cannot be confirmed as delivered. Once your return is received and processed, you’ll receive an email notification.
If you’d like a different size or item, please request a return via our return portal and place a new order for the correct item.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for solid gold items.
We’re sorry, but we cannot offer refunds for earrings due to hygiene concerns.
First, we sincerely apologize for the mistake and any inconvenience caused! Please contact us within 7 days of receipt to report any discrepancies and let us know how we can assist. Our customer service team will work with you to resolve the issue, and you won’t need to cover any shipping costs for such cases.
